Jarred Shaw agreed terms with Huracanes del Atlantico- July 9, 2021
In 2015 (a year after he left the college) he was drafted by Santa Cruz Warriors (D-League) in first round (18th overall). He attended Utah State until 2014 and it will be his ninth season in pro basketball. Shaw has tried to make it to the NBA and played in the NBA Pro Summer League in 2014. He is a very experienced player. He has quite traveled the world as his pro career brought him to eight different countries on four different continents (Europe, Asia, Latin America and of course North America). Shaw has played previously professionally in Argentina (Hispano Americano de Rio Gallegos), Japan (Fukushima), Turkey (Ankara D.S.I.), Uruguay (Trouville and Goes), Venezuela (Panteras), Mexico (Dorados) and Thailand (Hitech). Among many awards he played in the final of Dominican Republic TBS League in 2019. He was voted to Latinbasket.com All-Uruguay LUB Honorable Mention in 2019. Shaw's game is described as: A skilled five man with excellent size and very good potential.
